Hello Everyone,
I am working on VLC player ver 0.8.6c on WinXP.
Does anyone know how to enable the closed caption (608) decoder
in the VLC player ? I find that the libcc_plugin.dll is loaded when
I play a TS file with CC data, but not able to see the closed
captions over the video.
