Ok this is a long standing bug in VLC which am surprised no one has ever wanted to fix....and surprisingly it is quite easy to spot....just plain annoying so i figure i might as well bring it out and hope when this thing ever hits version 1.0 or 2.0 it will decide to have it fixed....
Procedures:
1. Select the "Always on Top" feature from the context menu
2. Run the video.
3. Double-Click the video to put it into Full-Screen mode
4. Notice the one-half of VLC remains on-screen in the always on top mode
This makes no logical sense to be on-screen....to get around this would be to minimize the window or deselect the Always on top which is both crude and illogical.
And for the inevitable reply by someone who says: "... instead of double-clicking just select the "Full Screen" context option instead" ....*sigh*...the point is missed.
