Scroll bar for video

Postby daz2712 » 07 Dec 2007 00:27

Just been reading about vlc and decided to give it a go.But I've got a quick question.

When I'm playing a video in full screen mode,is there any way of getting a scroll bar to appear so I can fast forward? I know I can double click but this makes the screen smaller and was wondering if there is anyway of enabling a scroll bar if I was to move the mouse pointer to top/bottom of scrren etc?
I'm used to using MPC and this was one of the features I liked about it.

Can anyone help me?

no

you can still use key shortcuts to fast forward:
ctrl + left/right arrow
shift + left/right arrow
alt+ left/right arrow

Yes , just go to settings and do this:

Then if you will watch movie on fullscreen and you will move the mouse then sliders will appear but it will be big window , just resize it , catch it and move to the bottom or wherever you want it to be.
