VLC Skin Problem

Postby WooJoo » 05 Dec 2007 07:04

Hi.

I'm using vlc 0.8.6a -skin mode, default skin-on windows xp.

The problem is... vlc ui does not show sometimes. when I click on the vlc window after I overlap another window on partial area of vlc, the overlapped area does not show up. When I click the VLC on the taskbar of windows xp, that's ok. All the VLC window shows up. But when I click on the non-overlapped area of VLC, only that area is shown - the overlapped area is sill overlapped while VLC is active window now.

How can I fix it?

This is the problem... VLC is active window. but only non-overlapped area comes to front. Ovelapped area by another windows stil in the back.

And when I move my mouse over the overlapped area, part of VLC ui such as buttons comes up somethimes.

I've noticed that same problem as well and it seems to happen with a few skin but not all. The wxWidgets interface works fine as well. I haven't been able to try this skin much because I'm using an incompatible version of VLC at the moment but the skin designer updated this and it may or may not have fixed the problem.
