Videos choppy in full screen

Postby firefox » 08 Oct 2007 17:47

When I try to view a video in full screen, the picture becomes choppy. Non-full screen videos play fine. I have this problem with all of my files and with various file types (AVI, MPEG, MOV).

I tried a reinstall to no avail. I also tested the same videos in portable VLC and the problem was not replicated.

I have had VLC for quite a while and this has only become a recent problem.

Have you tried resetting VLC settings or changing video output module?

Changing the video output module to DirectX fixed it for me. Thank you very much!
