add mp3 to flv

I downloaded a youtube video & extracted the video with flv extract.
I have an mp3 that i'd like to merge/add to the soundless video now.
Can VLC do that? or if not,are there any recommended freeware progs. that will?
Any help on this is appreciated.

FFMPEG should work (I am not sure what are the proper magic words for muxing)
VLC might also work

forget the transcoding part if you just want to mux video.

I tried it & it did the task quickly & easily.
