crappy view using directX

Postby Guuz » 17 Jul 2007 12:49

Hi, when I view a movie using directX the view gets really crappy with pink, green and blue stipes all over the screen, however when I turn of hardware acceleration the view is suddenly perfect however, it gets really slow with about 1 frame par second. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I desperately hope for an answer,

Guuz

VLC version: OVER 9000!!!
Operating System: It's...blue screen
Location: Heaven? No no. What's that other place that starts with an "H"? Oh yes: Home. ^_^

Here are some things you could try:
  • Update your video card drivers
  • Through your video card settings, select 16bit Color Quality instead of 32bit
