SNAPSHOT problem with multicast stream

Hi,
I have a problem to make a snapshot when I play a multicast stream (e.g udp://@239.1.15.103:2314).
I can see the snapshot image in a specified directory, but its size is always 0 KB.

I don't know where the problem is.
Can anybody help me?
