Bittorrent file wouldn't work on VLC...

Ok so i spent a few days to download "The Departed" and i saved it on my computer (which is windows vista)...i download VLC player. However, when i launch the AVI file, only the audio plays and the there seems to be no video at all... :cry:

click Video in the menu, it might have more then 1 video track. Switch between them.
