Play both videos on MMS protocol

I have a MMS video stream URL that contains two videos
First one is a 5 seconds advertisement and after that is the main video.
in Windows media player plays it correctly.
In linux "msdl" program downloads second video.
But using VLC just the advertisement plays.
How can I play second video?
