Sharp lines in DivX video

Hi!
I have a problem with VLC playback. In fast & zoomed scenes, sharp lines are clearly visible.
Screenshot:
Ubuntu 10.04 (updated, w/o compiz or any fancy docks)
VLC 1.1.0 Default options
CPU usage 10% (Intel C2D)
RAM 550MB used (of 4GB)
Media info:

Same video plays fine in Windows MPC or KMPlayer.

That's tearing. Select another video output or aother video output adaptor.

X11 video output (XCB) - same as Default
XVideo output (XCB) - sharp diagonal cutting line
GLX video output (XCB) - better than default, but horizontal cutting lines are still visible in some scenes
Other output modules doesn't work (except ASCII). Any other idea to fix this?

What graphic card do you have ? (nvidia, ati, intel, ...) and what X driver are you using with it ?
