ubuntu 10.04 env compled lvc 1.0.6, voice problem

my vlc 1.0.6 compiled under ubuntu 10.04 have problem with mp3 play
when i play mp3 files, the voice will mute when it go from 1 to 2 second
then i need to stop and replay the song, about 3 to 5 times, it pass 2 sedond with voice on, and there will be no problem until that song play finish
but the next one will the same as above problem

can someone help me

today, i compiled and install lvc 1.1.0-rc that download from lvc`s main web, and it seems have resolved the voice problem
but, a little trouble, it can not display the Chinese song name, the song was in the playlist which create by lvc 1.0.6
lvc 1.0.6 can correctly display the Chinese character

expect for lvc 1.1.0 release
