[Solution] FullScreen and Notify-Send Messages

Is it possible to be able to see any notify-send messages appear on the a VLC movie in full screen window.

Would be nice to see system events over the screen.

(looked in preferences, but might have missed it.)

yes,I've tried,OSD notification depends on gnome panel.

[SOLUTION]

To have all OSD, (notify-send, xmessage, zenity ....) messages appear while in full-screen mode. Keeps your panels showing, but you can hide those panels by adding show hide buttons under panel properties.

1.Open a Video
2. Click mouse on video TITLE BAR. Will NOT work if mouse is elsewhere.
3 Ctrl+h - enters Minimal mode
4. Either Maximize the window, or Alt+F10 will toggle between Minimal Mode and Full Screen.
5. Hide your panels.
6. Messages will appear!
