Can i display Multiple Video display instance

Hi,
My requirement is to diplay multiple video in a single end user desktop in LINUX.
I should display the preview(live display capture from webcam) and should also receive multiple RTP stream(AV) to this desktop from various sources.
I should display multiple video. Does VLC support multiple video display's
Please suggest. If yes any change required or directly i can validate.
