vlc multicasting dvd Capture images has Detentions problem

I can realize to vlc multicast dvd Capture images ,but has 4 seconds detentions.i try to modify the playing position in codes to improve the detentions,but it isn't working as i think.Do you have this experience?thanks in advance!
