Anyone know if there is a JVLC 32-bit Linux version in the works, or how I can compile one myself?

There is a new version of JVLC named "jvlc-0.9.0-20080309-linux_x86-32.jar"!
I don't know yet if it works in 32-bit Linux but i hope so!!
