packetizer error: cannot create packetizer output (mp3 )

Postby talelelalit » 08 Aug 2007 08:43

I am using vlc 0.8.6 version, I am getting the error like

[00000178] main private error: cannot add this stream
[00000208] main packetizer error: cannot create packetizer output (mp3 )

when I try to play the .mp3 song
command I am using is :
vlc --input-stream --sout '#duplicate{dst=std{access=udp,mux=ts,dst=<ip address>:1234}}'

I have compiled ffmpeg with the following configuration:
-enable-libmp3lame --disable-decoder=atrac3 --enable-pp --enable-gpl --disable-ffplay --disable-ffserver

vlc configuration options are as follows:

--disable-gtk --disable-livedotcom --disable-mad --disable-libmpeg2 --enable-shared --with-libiconv-prefix=<libiconv dir path> --disable-caca --disable-skins --disable-skins2 --disable-kde --disable-nls --disable-x --disable-screen --disable-screensaver --disable-gui --disable-freetype --disable-gnutls --disable-glx --with-ffmpeg-mp3lame --disable-ipv6 --enable-ffmpeg --with-ffmpeg-tree=<ffmpeg dir path> --enable-ts --enable-dvbpsi

Can anyone help me what does this error mean.

Thanks in advance.
