cannot create packetizer output (mp3 )

I get the following error.

Can anyone help me out.

[00000178] main private error: cannot add this stream
[00000208] main packetizer error: cannot create packetizer output (mp3 )

I ran the following command and got the above errors.

vlc /tmp/DIL\ CHATA\ HAI--1.mp3 --sout '#duplicate{dst=std{access=udp,mux=ts,dst=192.168.25.128:1234}}'

any idea......
