can't install on fedora core 6

Postby tjcarol » 26 Feb 2007 00:31

I've been trying to install on fedora core 6
tried rpm's but they only support fc4
tried installing from source but end up in an endless loop of dependencies
is there an rpm coming for fc6

Hello,

please have a look at: http://rpmseek.com/
if you search VLC there you will find the main files.
To locate the missing rpm's to fix the dependencies of VLC you can also find them there.

I successfull installed the newest VLC-software on FC6 by using this site. 8)
