Ubuntu how to select composite video on vlc Help

Postby gfts » 25 Feb 2007 09:38

Hello again users,

I have just installed ubuntu to on my machine.

I have a pixelview playtv pro on my machine, and have configured the card accordingly.

I use xawtv to view the tv on my card, where i've mentioned videosource is composite.

However, when i try to run vlc, i donot see any composite option, and it just takes me to the television frequencies.

Please Help.

Thanks and Regards

Ok, I tried playing around, and found out ..

When selecting cards, click on Advance options,

channel = 1 (for composite video)

Thanks
