Configure Options for Official Builds and Nightlies

What is the configure script options for the official releases and nightlies? I think having a sticky in the forum or something in the wiki would be great. I found one here,
viewtopic.php?t=23517&highlight=official+build but I am not sure if it is current.

and also the parameter to static link the libs to vlc under linux

Opening the vlc binaries with an hexeditor will show you the command line
or for the nightlies, you can look at buildbot.videolan.org looking at the log for one of the configure box

I try your method with hex editor, but I didn't find the option you talk in the binaries ....
Could you explain how you see it please ?

I check on
http://buildbot.videolan.org/ but, for NB-I386-Sid-Trunk, the configure output is not shown.
Could you give me the informations for this one please ?
