Help, Mozilla Development Tools

Postby ps2shylock » 07 Nov 2006 15:12

I've installed Mozilla & Mozilla Development Tools packages and in the configuration of VLC I've enabled & given the location of mozilla-config & mozilla-config.h but still during the configuration is states no development tools are present or can be found.

I was wondering if anybody had any advice on how to possibly solve the problem or were to download effective mozilla development tools as required by VLC to enable the Mozilla Plugin within a Linux OS using Red Hat.

Thanks

See this post - have you got the moz sdk
installed?

viewtopic.php?t=25857
"--with-mozilla-sdk-path=/"

Also the moz dev stuff - headers and stuff?

Thanks, I'd installed the mozilla SDK but the problem was within VLC configuration I was only referencing the installation location using --with-mozilla-path & --with-mozilla-config or --with-mozill-devel, just didn't think of SDK.

Thanks
