vlc & unicast

hi 2 all
i have a trouble, i wanted run VOD with vlc
i am running
vlc --ttl 12 -vvv --color -I telnet --telnet-password videolan --server-port 0.0.0.0:5554
and connecting to vlc in telnet interface

it's --rtsp-host, not --server-port

Excuse I I have really made a mistake in the first post used
vlc --ttl 12 -vvv --color -I telnet --telnet-password videolan --rtsp-host 0.0.0.0:5554
Please help
How I can use udp instead of rtsp?
