./configure HELP

Hi Guys, please help me to compiling latest version of VLC on Ubuntu...
I need that anyone post me here (for copy and paste) the ./configure string for compiling my vlc with the same modules/functions of VLC official release like 0.8.5 final.
please help me :wink:
