webcast using vlc?

Hello everyone
Can i broadcast live streaming video+audio using vlc(webcast).
I ll tell you the entire setup.
An interview is going to be webcasted.
It is going to be a 3 camera setup, with an online mixer/edit console.
The interview is going to be telecasted live.
I am going to get a dv output from the console and connect to a computer
through a firewire. Then i capture the video in vlc

vlc->open capture device->dvb

Till here im ok. I wanna stream this video (webcast). Can anyone explain me
as to how this can be done. I know this has to be done something with the
stream output checkbox and tht settings button near tht

Any help will be highly appreciated

Broadcast it using RTSP and Darwin Streaming Server.
