VLC under linux and WMA3

I would like to fore VLC under linux to use WMA3 - is anywhere manual how to do it?

I found this http://clement.stenac.org/projects/videolan/dmo.html but I can not find Remi Denis-Courmont build script.

can anybody help?

Is it possible to stream with WMA3 after path?

I just report what I've read :

a little search may inform you that the VLC team is waiting for the next release of FFMPEG that may support that version. It might be supported in the 0.8.6 final version.

ffmpeg is for wmv3 ... not wma3 (unfortuntaley the specs for wma3 aren't public)
