vod doesn't work

I tried that:
SERVER:
1.
vlc --ttl 12 -vvv --color -I telnet --telnet-password videolan --rtsp-host 192.168.4.7:5554

2.
telnet localhost 4212

3.
then in telnet to create a new object:
new Video vod enabled
setup Video input /usr/share/videolan/Hardcore.mpeg

CLIENT:
->open vlc->open network stream->rtsp://192.168.4.7:5554/Video->okay

but it doesn't work, it was unable to open rtsp://192.168.4.7:5554/Video

I doubt that it'll change anything but could you try 0.0.0.0 instead for the ip ?

If that still doesn't work, could you paste the debug log from the server side VLC ?
