Address not supported by SAP

With the version 0.8.4 of VLC, i use to stream a video to the multicast IP address 239.250.11.1 with a SAP annouce.

With the 0.8.5 of VLC, i have the following message:

... VLC media player 0.8.5 Janus [00000307] stream_out_standard private: SAP Enabled [00000314] main private error: Out-of-scope multicast address not supported by SAP: 239.250.11.1 ...

I do not understand... 239.250.11.1 is in the range of 224.0.1.0 to 239.255.255.255...

Any idea ?
