vlc is flickering when next video is played from a playlist

when vlc is going forward to the next video,
is flickering for few seconds (white flicking), and then play the video.
Many times, when minimized also vlc window is coming forward and flickering for few seconds.

deactivated hardware ouput, "show media change group" never, selected "window style" gtk2, "auto raising interface" never.

its better than before, it is not flickering - come forward to every video.

why is that behaviour?
