casting VOIP/Linphone remote party video URL with VLC

Is there a way to capture the remote party video & audio rtp streams in SIP-based video calls (linphone) and send it to VLC to cast the stream to a chromecast or alike ? Is a combination of tshark/wireshark to get the stream and VLC to cast the stream workable ? Did anyone succeeded to do so ?
