Configure vlc to use nvidia card to decode h265 hevc videos from mkv files

Happens to me on Linux, version 3.0.16, it seems that it only happens with 4K, I have noticed now that RTVE in Spain broadcasts a channel in UHD. Mpv does play using nvdec correctly.
