Curling Club Dual Screen issue with Raspberry Pi

My curling club using a raspberry pi to view the RTSP links for two PoE cameras on two tvs per sheet which show the houses (bullseye).

We are having trouble with the pis as when we open VLC to show the stream the cameras shows fine but when you click full screen the one monitor takes over the other and we end up with one of the cameras showing twice - one on each tv. How can we fix this?

Your help is greatly appreciated. We are curlers, not super knowledgeable about linux.
