Particular movie shows green band on lower part on raspberry pi

Greetings Videolan guru's,
I'm working on a small project to deploy raspberry PI 4B with VLC for a museum project. A lot went very well.
One particular movie, however, shows a green flickering bar in the lower part of the monitor attached to the raspberry PI (updated and upgraded, of course)
This movies playes without any problems on a Windows 10 desktop with VLC version 3.012 and on a Linux (Ubuntu 20.04) with VLC version 3.09. The version of VLC on the raspberry pi is 3.0.12.
So I inspected the properties of this movie and found out that it is 1920x1200 with frame rate 25 and a lot of other properties like Codec H264 - MPEG-4 AVC. IMHO nothing special but most of the details I do not understand BTW.
So my first questions are simple:
Is this a known issue for Raspberry PI ?
Should I perform specific configuration options on a raspberry PI 4?
Hope to hear, Adriaan.
