[Bug] The whole APP freezes while using hardware acceleration

Description
This often happens when I skip to next video.

System Info:
OS: Arch Linux(Fully upgraded 2019-4-10)
VLC Version: vlc 3.0.6-11
X264 Version: x264 2:157.r72db4377-1

Hi, x264 is the software encoder.

We need full logs until it repeats (you can use pastebin or other to send them). You can get them with vlc -vv.

The freeze started at line 5130 approximately,. It said 'Fullscreen state changed', but the whole screen is black, i can pause the video by pressing space, and i think it worked because the audio stopped. But I cannot move my cursor or select any menu options and I have to force quit the app
