Audio Hotkeys

Hi,
Any one tried hotkeys for Audio in vlc ....
I can only control Audio through commans in terminal not with hotkeys like video
contrlo .... so anybody having idea about it ....
If it possible to control Audio through hotkeys ...Tell me about it ....
