HTTP Streaming won't start

I have VLC 3.03 installed on two Ubuntu 18.04 Virtual Machines (VirtualBox 5.2.10) which are both running on an Ubuntu 18.04 host.

Now I am trying to stream a video file from one VM to the other VM (internal network).

Using the GUI and setting everything up, it worked for a few times but suddenly as I try to start the stream on one of the VMs, it doesn't even start to stream.
However, when I use UDP or some other kind of protocol, it starts streaming.

Here are the settings from starting the stream:
Server: hhtp stream - port:8080 - path: /192.168.0.3
Client: *open network stream* - adress: http://192.168.0.2

Hi,

remove /192.168.0.3 from the path, just leave the /
