Can you package the snap together with libdvdcss? Your Windows builds for example seem to have it.

It's enabled starting with 3.0.3, which will land today in stable channel.

Fixed starting with 3.0.3-1-3-gf09fd0d, stable channel snap. Please test and attach snap run vlc -vv output if it still fails. Thanks!
