I am need install VLC on my system

My system SkyStar 2 DVB card, Athlon XP 1800, KT600 moterboard.
I can't find all packets for ependenses resolving. I lost time whithout result and I will really happy if someone help me. You can give me links to all naccesary packets< and finaly if it possible for You give me pretuned syste (HDD image). I undestand that it is a job, I can pay for working image. I am wating. Please answer is possible.
