Enqueue url

Under Ubuntu I have always been able to save streaming URL locations by going to Media Library, right-clicking, choosing "Advance Open", "Network", entering the URL, and clicking "Enqueue". This has most recently worked on Ubuntu 14.04 with VLC 2.1.6. I am now on a Debian testing (Stretch) system with VLC 2.2.1 where in the final step "Enqueue" has been replaced with "Save". Unfortunately, when I hit "save" the stream does not appear in the Media Library list. (Nothing at all happens.) So how do I save/enqueue the stream now? I use if for live streaming of radio stations.
