Hi to all!

I have a VLC 2.1.6 and open a https of youtube, but if I want open a https on server not work.

Open a https on server connected in lan with vlc.

Insert correct links with https:// ecc + click open
Vlc says site not secure, I click accept the certificate.
Next says unamble to open MRL ... this is the debug message:

Your server has an invalid certificate.

What do you mean for invalid certificate?

The common name of the certificate does not seem to match with the actual host name.

I generate the certificate on the server in lan and the client is in the same subnet 10.0.0.0, sorry I did not understand how I can fix it?

could explain me because the certification is invalid, what is common name?
