I have installed Opensuse 42.1 i installed either VLC 2.2.1
When i open a file it opens always 2 windows: one windows with the controls and showing the vlc logo, and the video opened in another window where nothings can be done...o options aviable, no controls etc....
in a full video all as normal.
What is that how can i have obviously the video and controls in a unique window?

Another: if i close the video window, the audio stills go on
Here an example

Re-enable the embedded video option. If that's not it, then your VLC build may be screwed up.

where is this option? i can't find it.
There is only a "integrate video in the interface" in the interface options, but enabling or disabling this one, nothing happens. Is the first time i have this problem. Never had in any other distribution

i also tried a uninstall and reinstall btw
Tried also to install vlc-beta...this one shows the unique interface well but with many video problems...so itìs not usable.

That's problem with your package or distro then. Can't help much here.

On the openSUSE forums they believe that the is a problem in how VLC works with QT5 and seems to be limited to openSUSE 42.1 and a couple of other versions. It worked correctly in openSUSE 13.2. I installed VLC-beta (3.0.0) from the openSUSE421 packman repository and the problem is gone. There is another problem concerning sound output, but I will start a new thread to address that.
