i can stream the data grabbed from the usb camera, however the datarate is so high.
when i reduce the datarate by change the parameter of vb to"vb=16", however the WMV on another PC also shows the datarate is about 2000k bit/s and even higher.

can i using a compress coding library (xvid or the like) to reduce the datarate?
what to do ?
