Input and Output interfaces

How can I set input and output interfaces in command line?

I try convert hls to udp stream...

vlc -vvv http://77.77.77.77:8080/live/index.m3u8 --sout '#duplicate{dst=udp{mux=ts,dst=233.1.1.1,port=1234}}'

VLC media player 2.1.5 Rincewind (revision 2.1.4-49-gdab6cb5)

I must be simple, in old version it was %{iface] after ip-address, now it can be simple
