How to downmix stereo to mono in VLC? Any extension?
I have only one speaker and it only output one channel. How to downmix both channels of the computer(VLC) to the speaker?

You could probably use the mono downmix or the channel remapping filter. But ideally, you'd configure your system-wide sound output as mono.
