Chrome 35 VLC Web Plugin Does not work

Hi,

VLC Web Plugin does not load or work in Chrome 35.

Mostly the reason is that Chrome is no longer allowing NPAPI plugins.

When VLC is planning to develop PPAPI plugin to make VLC usable in Chrome 35+.
