I installed VLC with vlc-codecs but there is no video output

I installed VLC with vlc-codecs but there is no video output for proprietary codecs.

One week after OpenSUSE 13.1 released i installed it with default multimedia packages,after that i installed VLC from official default repositories and noticed must add vlc repository and update VLC from that which contain install vlc-codecs and few more packages related to VLC to can watch proprietary video codecs,i did this works and VLC play proprietary codecs well done but last week i formatted OpenSUSE partition and reinstalled it but this time i selected some packages to be don't install like Kaffeine, Amarok , Libreoffice and one package related to xine after installing OpenSUSE i installed VLC exactly like previous time steps but this time when i play proprietary codecs i received error related to not installed needed codecs like:
and VLC doesn't play proprietary video codec,i haven't video output but audio decoding haven't problem.
Where is the problem?!
Did VLC team change vlc repository packages?!

VLC does not support the audio or video format "h264". Unfortunately there is no way for you to fix this.
Where is the problem?!
Did VLC team change vlc repository packages?!
