I added Videolan ppa but no VLC 2.1.1, do not tell me to compile because i want easy install like for Windows.

The PPA is currently broken. The Debian multimedia developers would need to fix it.

Videolan ppa for VLC 2.1.1 Ubuntu 13.10?
