transcode 2 Audiostreams on the fly ?

Postby fritzbee21 » 29 Jan 2007 17:46

hi

with the string:

vlc -vvv --color --ts-es-id-pid --programs=12653 dvb: --dvb-frequency=12633000 --dvb-srate=22000000 --dvb-voltage=18 --sout '#duplicate{dst="transcode{acodec=mp3,ab=128,channels=2}:std{access=http,mux=raw,dst=:8020}'

I can transcode the Programm on SID 12653 an the fly to mp3 and send it to port 8020

How can I add the Programm on SID 12654 ?

lets say SID 12654 to Port 8021.
I tried a little around but, I only get one stream with 2 Audio Tracks

I've got the same trouble.
Simple solution - run a couple of vlc, but it smells strange...

would it be possible to run a second vlc session with stream input from a dvb card ?

dvb: --dvb-frequency=12633000 --dvb-srate=22000000 --dvb-voltage=18
