n00b no video unless I select :sout=#duplicate{dst=display}

This is probably a completely stupid question but ...
Should I have to select the stream manually to playback each time..
If I use a play list (like the freebox rtsp streams) I get no picture unless i open the stream manually and select play locally....

Im also using easyBox http://www.easybox-mod.org (merci a Nuxgyver) que I just installed and all works fine except no video....

audio streams quite happily by itself

I tried editing the vlcrc and no difference still the same pb
This is regardless of using the freeplayer fbx or the default vlc install from Debian unstable... all the same

please someone help... Im willing to look really like a conehead :d
