Cam emulator

Hello,
I want to watch enscrypted channels using my skystar 2 dvb card and vlc media player. In my home are few stb's and i stream 4 transponders to them, but when i tried to install fscam client on vlc streaming server i got an output that cam port is already in use. Maybe there are some way to descrypt few channels using vlc or i should use some third party software? Can anybody recomend me something?
